Put over fifteen parts into production including, castings, forgings, plastic injection moldings, deep drawn stampings and weldments. I owned these parts from concept through design, structural validation, assembly validation, tooling validation, volume production and through field / QC issues.
Designed over thirty parts that were prototyped in representative material, most of which went through testing.
Invention owner of patent US20240017789A1.
Made significant contributions to the methodology for full chassis FEA.
Personally executed full chassis FEA for final design validation for a motorcycle program (Zero Neutrino).
Served as Chief Vehicle Engineer for Zero's flagship project beginning in 2023, a joint engineering and manufacturing program with Hero MotoCorp.
