AEROFIN is a bicycle tool storage container designed to integrate a combined light and radar unit. The tool storage compartment is accessed by rotating the light unit ninety degrees unclipping it. 

• I designed this system because I was dissatisfied having multiple separate objects attached to my seatpost.

• I assessed storage space, user experience installing and accessing the storage compartment, stiffness, strength, and aesthetics over thousands of kilometers of 'test' riding.

• HP-MJF was selected over SLS as a manufacturing process for its superior surface finish and improved process control/manufacturing tolerances. 

• Parts were manufactured overseas and assembled by myself in Santa Cruz, CA
